About Our Products

What does "Limited Release" mean?
Our limited release items are exactly that - limited. Once they're gone, they're gone. We may revisit a design in the future, but it will be reimagined with unique elements to preserve the exclusivity of the original release. Think of each piece as a moment in time - ephemeral, but worth holding onto.

Are your products print-on-demand?
Yes. Each piece is created when you order it, which allows us to keep our releases limited and our designs fresh. This means your item is made specifically for you, not sitting in a warehouse waiting to be discovered.

Will designs come back in stock?
Limited release clothing designs won't return in their original form. We may create variations or new interpretations, but the original remains exclusive to those who claimed it the first time. Our other products (rugs, desk mats, etc.) may be restocked depending on demand.

Who creates the designs?
Every design comes from GRüVE. Each piece is made for people who see the world a little differently - the dreamers, deep thinkers, and creatively restless souls who want their surroundings to reflect their inner world.

Ordering & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders include additional shipping costs calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Since each item is made-to-order, please allow 5-7 business days for production, plus shipping time. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks total, while international orders may take 3-5 weeks total. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your piece on its journey to you.

What if my order is delayed?
We'll keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays. If you have questions about your order status, reach out through our contact page and we'll get back to you quickly.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love what you order, but we also recognize that limited release items are special:

  • Limited Release Clothing: Final sale - no returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged

  • Rugs, Desk Mats & Other Items: 30-day returns for store credit or exchange

  • All Products: Full refund or replacement if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately through our contact page with photos of the damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund - no questions asked.

How do I initiate a return?
Reach out through our contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Do you offer exchanges?
For eligible items (non-limited release), yes! We can exchange for a different size or product of equal value within 30 days of delivery.

Care Instructions

How do I care for my Limited Release tee?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. To preserve the design, avoid harsh detergents and fabric softeners.

Can I iron my clothing?
It depends on the printing method used:

  • Screen-printed or DTG designs: Iron inside out on low heat, avoiding direct contact with the design

  • Vinyl or heat-transfer designs: Do not iron directly on the design - iron around it or place a cloth barrier between the iron and artwork

  • General rule: When in doubt, turn inside out and use low heat to protect your piece

How do I clean my area rug?
Spot clean only for regular maintenance. For best results and longevity, have your rug professionally dry cleaned. These aren't just rugs - they're art for your floor - so treat them accordingly.

How do I clean my desk mat?
Machine wash cold, air dry. The non-slip backing will maintain its grip through multiple washes, keeping your workspace organized and looking fresh.

Custom Work & Commissions

Do you take custom orders?
Yes! If you have a vision for a custom piece or want to commission original work, fill out the form on our contact page. Let us know what you're imagining, and we'll start the conversation.

How does the commission process work?
After you reach out, we'll discuss your concept, timeline, and pricing. Once we align on the vision, I'll create the piece specifically for you. Commissioned work is one-of-a-kind and won't be reproduced.

Can I request a design on a different product?
Possibly! Reach out through our contact page with your idea. Some designs translate better across different products than others, but we're always open to exploring creative possibilities.
